This is where water taxi service originates. Parking is available
at the marina (daily and weekly rates) for your cars (rental or
your own). It is from this marina that you board the water taxi
and ride across the beautiful waters to North Captiva Island.

Island Girl Charters is your gateway to North Captiva Island providing ferry service every other hour between the hours of 7:00am and 5:00pm. Island Charters operates another water transportation to North Captiva Island. A friendly and courteous staff and licensed captains who know the bay channels, will meet you and help you load your groceries and luggage aboard. The water taxi operates every day and makes approximately 7 trips back and forth to the island. Their schedule varies slightly based on season . They do require reservations so they have room for you and all your gear. Call them at 1-800-340-3321 or 239-283-2008 to make your reservation. You will enjoy the 20 minute trip through the clear blue waters and you may even have a school of dolphins greet you along the way!

ARRIVAL ON NORTH CAPTIVA ISLAND:
Once your water taxi arrives, your North Captiva Island Club Resort host will greet you. Remember that as a renter of Margarita's, you are entitled to the use of our club membership. This provides you the use of the club's facilities as well as the services provided by their staff. You will check-in at the club office and receive keys to the 4 seater golf cart that you may use during your stay. Your host will aid you in transporting your food and luggage to Margarita's.
